First, we need to understand the differences between the insight selling and insight driven strategies. Insight selling is the process of gathering data, points of views, investigations and advices from experts in order to make others see things differently which will convince and influence the customers’ insight to purchase the offered product or service. While insight selling is more about convincing the customers that they need the product or service, Insight driven selling is more about understanding the need of the customers and try meeting their expectations and offering them what they want and await. Indeed, each customer has some expectations and needs that require to be satisfied in order to retain them, make them loyal and increase their engagement. It is also important to attract new potential customers and increase the brand awareness where one can’t be improved without the other. Hence, it is important to invest in communication and marketing. As the marketing “rule of 7” asserts that a future potential customer needs to hear or see the advertisers’ product or message at least 7 times before making the decision to buy the product or try the service.
Indeed, it is critical to stay up dated on all the new trends and needs that the prospects might have. Meeting and exceeding the consumers’ expectations are necessary in order to catch, recover and survive in the current competitive industries and improve the brands’ image by enhancing the customers’ loyalty.
